Closing day is almost here! Whoo-hoo!   

We will attend the closing and make sure everything goes smoothly.  Afterward, the title settlement officer will provide us both a copy of the HUD/settlement statement showing the exact breakdown of the closing cost charges.  The title officer will arrange for the balance of your loan to be paid off with the proceeds from closing.  If you are receiving additional money back from closing once your loan has been paid off in full, the title officer will either wire transfer balance or funds to you or you will receive a closing check as per your request when the seller info sheet has been completed.  And that’s it!
